Will we accept returns?
We do no accept returns on fabric goods. If you have been sent the incorrect goods, we will send you the correct goods if we have them or refund your money for those items. The fabric sent in error is yours to keep.
Notions items will only be accepted for return if they were sent to you incorrectly. The packages must be unopened and in sellable condition when we Receive them back. If they items are accepted, we will send out the correct items upon receipt of those shipped in error. All other sales are final.
Shipping returns
To return your product, you should mail your product to: 452 W. Finnie Flat Rd, Ste A2, Camp Verde, AZ 86322 if we have agreed to the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
